Plain English: we keep what we need to deliver the course and bill you, and nothing else.
What we collect
When you buy the Course, Stripe collects your name, email, billing address, and payment details to process the transaction. We receive your email and the fact that you bought — never your card details. Payments are processed entirely on Stripe's servers.
If you use the contact email, we keep your message so we can reply.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with marketers. We don't add you to a newsletter you didn't ask for.
Cookies & analytics
The site uses minimal first-party storage to remember your session and, optionally, lightweight analytics (page views, button clicks) to understand which sections of the page work. Analytics, if enabled, are anonymized and never include your personal information.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we have on you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing jonathan@getserviceplaybook.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
